Class II Citizens: This class offers flexible involvement, with a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $360 and monthly payments of $50 for families or $25 for individuals. Class III Citizens: For those seeking access without ongoing financial obligations, Class III Citizenship involves a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $360 and no monthly payments.
