I. Operations and Procedures
A. Application Processing
All Tribal Citizenship applications are pre-approved and processed same-day upon receipt. Approved applications are submitted directly to the Yahcalo Ndigena Nation Tribal Registry for enrollment.
B. Collaboration with Tribal Authorities
The Yahcalo Ndigena Nation operates in close collaboration with Tribal Leaders and Tribal Councils. This ensures the authenticity, accuracy, and cultural integrity of all Tribal registrations and enrollment activities.
C. Data Privacy and Security
We are firmly committed to data privacy, information protection, and secure identity management. Personal data of all tribal members is handled under strict protocols and protected through secure digital infrastructure, in accordance with tribal and international standards.
II. Membership Requirements and Qualifications
A. Membership Qualifications
To be eligible for membership in the Yahcalo Ndigena Nation, applicants must meet one or more of the following:
American Indian Ancestry:
Documented on the Dawes Rolls or other recognized federal or tribal member rolls.
Yahcalo Ndigena Nation Lineage:
Lineal or collateral descent from individuals listed on:
The Yahcalo Ndigena Nation Registry
Member Tribes or Tribal States of the Nation
Adoption Into the Tribal Nation:
Formal adoption by a tribal family or clan
Approval by the Tribal Council or National Chief on a case-by-case basis
Descendants and Relatives:
Bloodline descendants or verified relatives of enrolled tribal citizens
B. Tribal Registration Process
One-Time Registration Fee: $360, includes:
Tribal Citizenship Certificate
Official Tribal Identification Card (with Tax Exempt Number)
Family Tribal Trust Setup
Tribal Jurisdiction Protections
Access to Tribal Villages and Lands
Eligibility for Tribal Programs, Services, and Benefits
Payment Plan Option:
$100 Down Payment with Promissory Note
Immediate access to tribal rights and services
C. Tribal ID and Driver’s License (ID/DL)
Initial ID/DL is free for new tribal citizens
Application must be submitted through the Yahcalo Ndigena Nation DMV Registry or respective Tribal State DMV
Testing Requirements:
New Drivers: Must complete both road and written exams
Existing Licensed Drivers: Required to complete a tribal written test in the presence of an authorized official
Issuance Timeline:
Submit application, take photo, sign, and fingerprint same day
ID/DL is mailed within 3–10 business days
Reprints:
Available same-day upon request and payment
No re-submission of documents required
D. Tribal Vehicle Registration & License Plates
Registration Fee: $275 One time 3 Vehicles include one Tribal License Plate
Additional Plates: $75
Tribal License Plates:
The Yahcalo Ndigena Nation offers full Tribal Vehicle Registration Services for tribal citizens through the Tribal DMV.

Dual Registration Option:
Citizens may register their vehicles with both the Yahcalo Ndigena Nation and a U.S. State DMV Using their Tribal Drivers License.
Legal operation in both tribal and state territories
Process:
Submit valid tribal ID
Provide vehicle documentation
Complete tribal application form and pay registration fee
Plate and certificate issued same day or within 3–10 business days
All tribal citizens, family trusts, and tribes, within the Yahcalo Ndigena Nation are beneficiaries of the tribal nation including tribe’s tail estate and trust.
